Who we are

copywritingvoyage (the "studio," "we," "us") is a copywriting studio operating from Bilbao, Bizkaia, Spain. This policy explains what personal data we collect through copywritingvoyage.com, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect

• Contact/enquiry data: name, email address, company (optional), and any details you include in a message, when you use the contact form.
• Order/checkout data: name, email, company (optional), country, and — only if you identify as a business purchaser — a VAT number, when you place an order.
• Usage data: standard technical data (browser type, device type, pages visited) and, if you consent, analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (see Cookies, below).

We do not collect payment card data on this site — checkout currently runs in test/mock mode; if real payment processing is introduced, that processor's own privacy terms will apply and be disclosed here.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to process and fulfil an order, to issue an invoice where applicable, and — only with your consent — to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Legal basis

• Contract performance (processing an order you've placed).
• Legitimate interest (replying to an enquiry you initiated).
• Consent (analytics cookies — see the Cookie Policy; withdrawable at any time).

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted. Order/invoice data is kept for the period required by Spanish tax law (generally several years) for accounting purposes. Analytics data retention follows Google Analytics 4's own configured retention window.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. Google Analytics, once you've consented; email service used to receive enquiries). No lead or enquiry data is passed to any third-party CRM or marketing platform — this site does not operate a server-side lead pipeline.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@copywritingvoyage.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
